Professional Development Training & Personal Support for Educators, Learning Leaders, Organisational Teams & Vocational Training Providers
I am a trainer and supervisor for educators and learning leaders, specialising in Team Development, Effective Leadership, Interpersonal Communication Skills, Conflict Management, Emotional Intelligence, Behavioural Management and Effective Training.
I customise training programmes with organisations to meet individual needs.
I also provide personal professional support through individual supervision and coaching. Faced with understandable everyday challenges that we experience with our work and our working relationships, having an impartial experienced professional to share concerns and explore options with has many benefits. Dialogue develops greater self-awareness, better understanding of others, a broader perspective, uncovers real-world solutions, builds self-confidence, enables working more effectively, and supports a healthy life balance.
