18 Ltd - Decoding Youth. Teens, Students Sub 30's
18 Ltd is a team of individuals who combine research expertise, youth expertise, project management and maverick consultative processes to provide youth research and insights to clients.
Already working with some of New Zealand's leading brands offering research data, marketing advice and general expertise in the youth arena we minimise the risk and maximise the budget through knowledge and insights that keep our clients one step ahead.
Based in central Auckland, 18 utilises four key strategies to maintain its hardwire into youth culture;
* Online quantitative panel of 4500+ youth aged 14 - 30 via its 18tracker.com tool
* Employ staff who have their finger on the pulse of youth. Our researchers may be research experts but they're youth experts first.
* The analytical support of NZ's most awarded research agency and our parent company Research Solutions
* Stop, Look and Listen. This philosophy applies to our approach to clients as much as it does to the youth market. It helps us listen to both sides of the equation, find an effective strategy to illicit the insights and listen to the youth in the most effective manner.18 Ltd's key objective is to make a difference. They decode the messages coming out of the youth market by tuning in to what they have to say and giving that information back in a fashion that enables better decision making.

YD:YJ Youth Development:Youth Justice
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT : YOUTH JUSTICE
Everyone can do something to help young people stay out of trouble with the law.
Preventing youth offending is much more about changing the way our society views and treats young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, than about punishment and retribution.
This is a website for people in Aotearoa who are interested in encouraging positive youth development and effective strategies that lead to reducing the number and severity of crimes committed by young people.
The site is managed by volunteers - so if you have some time to invest in this project please let us know!
