Is anyone out there involved in or know anything about Youth Transition Services that specifically operate in rural areas??

Just to give you an idea of our "ruralness" on the West Coast- there's about 30,000 people living in an area that spans 600km from the north to south and takes about 8 hours to drive from one end to the other, and that doesn't include the time it takes to travel to the many communities that spread up the river valleys. Some areas are really quite isolated! The Region is divided into three districts- Buller, Grey, Westland. Cheers!
